Cancellation Policy
If a service subscription or package has been made and later, there is a wish or need to stop coming for any reason, YOU MUST cancel your subscription or request that I cancel it for you.
If you have a package that has session credits left, please note that I DO NOT offer refunds for any reason. EVER.
Please note that I DO NOT offer cash or debit or credit refunds for missed appointments. EVER. Please contact me to make last-minute cancelations happen prior to your designated session time. I don't "charge" you by using your credit if I receive a cancelation notice up until 1 hour before your session time.
Yes, I prefer 24 hours, but I understand that this isn't always possible.
If I receive at least a 1 hour notice, I will provide a service credit to use on the same or any service I provide.
If you have a package and wish to quit prior to the use of the final service in your package, you are able to sell or gift your credits remaining to a friend or family member.
If the above occurs, you must provide me with the name, email address, and phone number of the person so I know what to expect.
Clients will be allowed ONE no-call, no-show credit. After the one-time exception, you will be charged. So, if additional appointments are missed, the funds and credit will be lost. Why? Because I am not able to rebook the time once it's already begun. Nor do I know you aren't coming for too long into the session time to utilize this time efficiently. This is lost revenue, wasted gas for travel to my office, and wasted time I can't get back. Please always find a way to get a text message, email, or phone call to me to cancel, and nothing will be lost. As a small business, I simply do not have the room for more leniency than I already provide. (Think of a gym membership or something similar. If you don't go, they don't give you a refund.) You missed out on your time and wasted your money. My business is like this, only worse because it's a one-one-one service.)
If there are extenuating circumstances, credit for services may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Not refunded. Again... EVER.
